1. Using this website
- You must give accurate information when you place an order or create an account, including a working phone number and a complete delivery address.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for activity on your account.
- You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, access other people's data or place fake orders.
2. Products and prices
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are shown on the product page. The delivery charge is added at checkout.
- We try to show products accurately, but colours and sizes can look slightly different on different screens. Specifications come from our suppliers and may change without notice.
- Prices, offers and stock can change at any time before you place your order.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or description by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.
3. Orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and hand it to the courier.
- We may call or message you to confirm an order. If we cannot reach you, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery area cannot be served, the payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or misuse.
4. Payment
- You can pay by Cash on Delivery and by any other method shown at checkout, such as mobile banking or online payment.
- For manual mobile banking or bank payments, your order is processed after we verify the transaction details you provide.
- Online payments are handled by the payment provider. We do not store your card details.
5. Coupons and offers
Coupons and promotional offers have their own conditions, such as a minimum order amount, a maximum discount or an expiry date. Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds

7. Reviews and other content you submit
Reviews and messages you submit must be honest, relevant and respectful. We may moderate, edit for length or remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional or unlawful.

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Our responsibility
We take care to provide accurate information and a reliable service, but the website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or network outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.
